Le tissu musculaire est un ensemble très dynamique dans lequel la synthèse de nouvelles protéines et la dégradation des anciennes nécessitent une bonne alimentation et une grande quantité d’énergie, en particulier chez les jeunes. De plus, bien nourrir nos muscles nous sera utile en vieillissant.

Que sont les muscles ?
